He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Botkin and Gerald Botkin; and his brother Dean Botkin. He is survived by: his children, Johnny Botkin and Katie Botkin; his stepdaughter Andrea Hartman; his sister Nancy Holden (Rob Holden); and his daughter Colleen Chewning. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and the mother.
