He was predeceased by : his wife Bridget Trail. He is survived by : his sisters, Lena Shelor, Marlene Jones and Peggy Casey; and his daughters, Deborah Burroughs (Neal), Maria Hawkey (Andy) and Jennifer Innamorato (Andy). He is also survived by grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Baker-Post Funeral Home & Cremation Center (10001 Nokesville Rd, Manassas, VA 20110). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Stonewall Memory Gardens (12004 Lee Hwy, Manassas, VA 20109).
