She is survived by: her mother Joyce Ann Tornatore of Manassas, VA; her husband Edward Chaffins of Manassas, VA.; her sons, Andrew K Nicholson of Richmond, VA and Christopher N Mitchell of Manassas, VA.; her siblings, Michael Tornatore, May Kay LedDuke, Anne Lese (Brian) and Elyn Lawhorn (Beth) of Manassas, VA; and her grandchildren, Hope Kime-Brown and Jacob Sequiera. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
