He was predeceased by: his parents, Mallie L. Wiggins Sr. and Nancy Wiggins. He is survived by: his wife Eva Pauline Brown-Wiggins; his children, Dr. Pamela Wiggins, Carmisha Wiggins-Bratcher, Natalie Wiggins, Vincent Wiggins and Levar Wiggins; his granddaughter Tiannah Simone Bratcher; and his sister Carolyn Wiggins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
