Marvin R. Schaeffer Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marvin R. Schaeffer (Manassas, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 23, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Malvin Schaeffer and Edna Cordell Schaeffer of Manassas, VA.; his siblings, Jessie, Eldridge, Robert, William (Billy), Cecil Schaeffer, Lois Ann Williams, Virginia Wolf and Opal Butler; and his daughter Karen Leigh Schaeffer.
He is survived by: his sister Dorothy Havener of Romney, WV; his wife Marjorie Patricia Stout Schaeffer; his daughter Sandra Lynne Schaeffer-Hopkins (Mel Hopkins); and his pet Lucy.
