He is survived by: his daughter Addison; his parent Patricia; his sister Carrie; his brother-in-law Arnie; his nephews, Luke and Liam; his brother Kevin; his sister-in-law Keri; his nephew Tyler; and his partner's children, Juliana, Brookelynn and Brayden.
