He was predeceased by: his father Melvin E. Balbo; and his daughter Jennifer Lynn Balbo. He is survived by: his mother Jean Rae Toman Balbo; his siblings, Ricky Balbo (Rosie) and Tina Balbo; his grandchildren, Vincent Testa, Victoria Hamilton (Chris), Brooklyn Testa, Giovonni Testa and Trevor Smith; and his great grandchild Alicia Testa (Dana Conner).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Pierce Funeral Home (9609 Center St, Manassas, VA 20110). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Stonewall Memory Gardens (12004 Lee Hwy, Manassas, VA 20109).
