Patricia B. Powderly Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia B. Powderly (Manassas, Virginia), born in Port Jervis, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 18, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Billman and Pauline Billman; and her siblings, Toni Crellin and Douglas Billman. She is survived by: her children, Michael Powderly of Palm Bay, FL and Kathleen Powderly Hammer; her son-in-law Paul Hammer of Moneta, VA; her grandchildren, Rachel Hammer Billman (Brian Billman) of McLean, VA, Rebecca Hammer Reynolds (John Reynolds) of Tampa, FL and Daniel Hammer (Rebecca Dayan) of Chester Gap, VA; and her great grandchildren, Evelyn, John Parker, Joel, Beau and Nina.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM at 15950 Lee Hwy, Centreville, VA 20120.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to World Central Kitchen (https://donate.wck.org), an organization she deeply respected, in her memory.
