It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Thomas Grant of Manassas, Virginia, who passed away on April 26, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Samuels of Dumfries, VA; and his siblings, Daniel L. Grant of Centreville, VA and Linda Moore of Arlington, VA. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
