He is survived by: his wife Connie Spaulding; his children, Joy Sanford, Terry Taylor, James Eppley, Cindy Eppley and Joe Eppley; his grandchildren, Mikel Crabil, Tiffany Taylor, Taylor Sanford, Levi Smith, Erin Hutchison, Kylie Hutchison, Alexis Hutchison, Mackenzie Hutchison, Brandon Hutchison, Jayden Eppley and Teddy Eppley; his great grandchildren, Xavier Molina and Zavian Mann; his children-in-law, Christina Taylor, Lisa Eppley, Kimberly Eppley, Marville Sanford and Jerry Redden; and his niece Jessica Peters.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pierce Funeral Home (9609 Center St, Manassas, VA 20110).
