He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Franklin and Sylvia Franklin; his brother Tommy; his brothers-in-law, Emmit Tiller and Erving Simmon; and his brothers, Bobby and Jimmy Dempsey.
He is survived by: his siblings, Steve (Debbie), Richard, Rosemary Tiller and Barbara Simmons; his daughter Christal (Troy); and his pet Queeny. He is also survived by 3 granddaughters, 4 great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends.
