He is survived by: his wife Robin W. Smith; his children, Wendy M. Desilets (Josh) and Mark D. Smith (Sara); and his grandchildren, James H. Elliott, Michaela, Madison, Jacob, Joshua Desilets, Violet and Felicity Smith.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Ronald's name to the Ronald McDonald House or St. Jude's.
