She is survived by: her sister Rose Foster of Little Washington; her half-brother Bobby Backe; her daughters, Barbara Estes Sturcken of Venice Florida, Carol Estes of Manassas and Kimberly Finnegan of Manassas; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Estes, Bryan Plummer, Christopher Eustis, Eric Finnegan and Anna Finnegan.
