He was predeceased by : his parents, Mildred Lee Brinkley (Lee Edward Dorsey) and NJ. He is survived by : his wife Charme K. Beatty-Brinkley of Manassas, VA; his daughters, Brittany Brinkley and Taylor Brinkley of Manassas, VA; his siblings, Debra Moses (Donald), Robin Bullock and Kerry Brinkley; his nieces and nephews, Terrence Romney (Sherrie), Antoine Moses, Darryl Beatty (Mary Ellen), Kirk Smith Jr., Ashley Moses, Angelica Bullock and Stephanie Smith; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashton Moses, Declan Beatty, Amelia Beatty and Meadow Moses.
