He is survived by: his mother Maureen Lavery; his significant other Tracy Lavery (Thayer) of Bridgewater Massachusetts; his mother-in-law Ann Charon; his brother-in-law Mark Thayer (Mellin) of Bridgewater Massachusetts; his son Colby; his grandson Landon From Virginia; his daughter Johanna; his stepson Paul; his adoptive son Angel; his niece Lauren; and his aunt Donna of Burlington Vermont.
