She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine O'Leary (Osterholt) and Daniel O'Leary Sr.; her brother Daniel O'Leary Jr. (Bill); and her son Brian Lee. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Goble-Lee of Bel Air, Maryland, Linda (David Bergonia), Michelle (Greg Baker), Julie (Edward Natali), Margaret "Buffy" (James Prince) and Amy (Charles Cooke IV); and her great grandchildren, Brittney, Brenden Storms, Haley, Archer Johnston, Lucas Lee, Hazel, James Culton and Adelina Bergonia.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Vitas Hospice and Palliative Care.
