He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. Coulston, Jr. and Blanche Goines Coulston; his wife Stella D. Coulston; his siblings, Barbara, Samuel, Charles, Richard, John, Daniel, Archiebald and Robert; his stepmother Doris; and his son Walter Anthony.
He is survived by: his children, Leander of Vienna, VA, Barbara Lesa (Pastor Rodney Bland), Santese of Tampa, FL, Ebony of Raleigh, NC and Daniel of Washington, DC; his granddaughter Amber Dallas; his sister Michele of West Chester, PA; his siblings-in-law, Annie, Lillian, Shirley, Ruth, Gloria, Brenda, John, Jesse and Joseph Sr.; and his close friends, Malcolm, Reverend Brown and Retired Metro. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews.
