He is survived by: his siblings, Ann Shelton of Manassas, VA, Laura Bushrod of Fredericksburg, VA, Gertrude Mebaine of Bladensburg, MD, Edward Braxton of Atlanta, GA, Reverend H. Dwight Shorts (Conchita) of Fredericksburg, VA and Charles Shorts (Amanda) of Dacula, GA.; his cousin Karen Culpeper; and his friends, Bobby of Washington, Kemper Powell and Jay Jackson. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
