It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Franklin Flanagan (Manassas, Virginia), who passed away on September 9, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Theodore Flanagan and Agnes Lee Flanagan (Nines); and his nephew Jessee Alan Flanagan. He is survived by: his wife Janet Lea Flanagan (Stemple); his children, Joseph W. Flanagan (Michelle) of Manassas and Andrea C. Teel (Dennis) of Stafford; and his siblings, Betty Sue Wardrope of Capon Bridge, WV and Alan Flanagan of Dry Fork, WV.. He is also survived by his children's friends as his family.
