He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thurman Fisher and Frances Fisher of Moore County Texas; his wife Susan Bell; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy and Jerry Lemaster of New Bern. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Pierce Funeral Home (9609 Center St, Manassas, VA 20110). Viewing was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Grave-Side Funeral Service.
