He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles S. Watkins, II and Marie Chenault. He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Watkins; his children, Troy Watkins (Terri), Terri Watson (Bert), Chip Watkins (Stephanie) and Robbie Watkins (Sylvia); and his sisters, Madeleine Selby and Martha Coullier. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
