She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Hutton and Lora Hutton; her husband Carl A. Parsons, Jr.; her siblings, Loretta Boyd, Ruth Shupe, Ruby Parks, Helen Brown, Wilma Shupe and Gale Hutton; and her sons-in-law, Joe Thompson and Doug Testerman.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Parsons Thompson, Lora Parsons Testerman and Sam Parsons (Mary); her sister-in-law Grace Hutton of Sugar Grove; her grandchildren, Travis Testerman (Jill), Zachary Pennington (Jenny), Heather Parsons (Mark) and Julia DeLizzio (Geoff); her caregivers, Missy Atwood, Jill Testerman, Cathy Parks, Linda Widener, Melissa Clark and Acti-Kare Senior; Shelia Hill. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews.
