She was predeceased by : her father William Allen Speer. She is survived by : her sons, Austin Mullins (Desiree) and Isaac Mullins; her stepfather Nellene; and her brothers, Michael Speer and Todd Shrader. She is also survived by three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Bradley's Funeral Home (938 N Main St, Marion, VA 24354).
