The memory of Charlie Jackson Carlton of Marion, Virginia, who passed away on June 19, 2025 at the age of 72, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Carlton and Clara Hamilton Johnson; and his sister Connie Bee. He is survived by: his sisters, Mellissa "Janie" Grice and Kimberly Johnson; his nieces and nephews, Mellissa "Missy" Lilly (Jonah), Ashly Johnson, Kelly Hamm (Clinton), Travis Johnson and Jason Johnson; and his great-niece Aubree Hamm. He is also survived by one daughter; two grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Temple Hill Memorial Gardens (2529 Memorial Dr, Castlewood, VA 24224).
