He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Blevins and Ethel Dolinger Blevins; his wife Peggy Hopkins Blevins; his brothers, Carroll Blevins and Sammy Blevins; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Blevins and Tim Brown.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Keefer (Ken) and Betsi McGee (Mark); his grandchildren, Josh Keefer, Kacie Martin (Andy), Hunter McGee (Priscilla) and Derrick McGee; his siblings, Jonithan Blevins (Shirley), Virginia Rush (Emmett) and Ruth Brown; his sisters-in-law, Glenna Hurley and Jane Blevins; his cousin Bobby Blevins; and his close friend Harvey Rowe. He is also survived by one great grandchild on the way; several nieces, nephews.
