He is survived by: his daughter Madeline Marie Fields; his siblings, Heath Fields (Janie) and Paige Humble; his stepmothers, Vickie Fields Kowzan and Sandra Fields; his nieces and nephews, Ashton Jolley, Trevor Jolley, Marley Linkous, Hayden Linkous and Aubrey Linkous; the mother of his child Christine Fields; his close friends, Drew Schneider and Tammy Gillespie; and his cousins, Jonathan Taylor and Aaron Taylor.
