He is survived by: his wife Charmane McGhee Lowe; his daughters, Ginger Russell (Steven), Josie Lowe Bailey (Tim) and Jessie Lowe Widener (Josh); his grandchildren, Emily McClure, Alexandria Johnson (Adam), Elizabeth Russell, Maggie Garrison (Kamdan), Morgan Machlied, Gracie Widener, Mason Bailey, Cooper Lefler, Emma Widener and Avery Lefler; his great grandchildren, Amelia McNeil and Ryland Garrison; his siblings, Walt Lowe (Tammy) and Patty Hall (Daniel); his mother-in-law Tessie Hughes; his siblings-in-law, Eddie Hughes (Debbie), Gary Hughes (Jackie), Kelly Marchant (Ron) and Karla Hughes; his great-nephew Levi Thompson; and his close friend Jim Walker.
