He was predeceased by: his parents, James Anders and Elizabeth Norman Anders; his great-grandparents, John and Ella Mae Norman; his brothers, James "Mike" Anders and Jerry Anders; his nieces, Lori Winters Couch and Michelle Anders Wyatt; and his brothers-in-law, Dave Russell, Bob Freeman and David Webb.
He is survived by: his daughter Latasha "Tash" Mullins (Jared); his sisters, Peggy Freeman, Linda Harrington (Jimmy), Brenda Winters (Randy) and Bonnie Webb; his grandchildren, Logan Mullins and Kailey "Kay Bug" Mullins; his sisters-in-law, Joan Anders and Nancy Anders; and his aunt Anna Lee Plummer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; numerous friends.
