David Wayne Moore Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2023, at the age of 96, David Wayne Moore (Marion, Virginia), born in Cripple Creek, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Claude and Bertha Clyde Moore; his son Owen Weston; and his sisters, Virginia, Marie, Lois and Doris.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Plummer Moore; his children, Kenneth Wayne Moore (Barbara) of Land, David Randolph Moore (Ginger) of Flat Ridge and Edna Younce Barton (Mike) of Atkins; and his grandchildren, John Moore, Joshua Moore, Hannah Sage, Lisa Weidl and Kenny Rowlett. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Grayson County V.F.W. Post 7726 or to the Troutdale Volunteer Fire Department.
