He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Douglas and Peggy Williams. He is survived by: his wife Ronna Lane Casey; his children, Tera Casey and Torey Casey of Saltville; his brother Mark Casey of Bristol, Tenn.; and his pets, Harry and Violet. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
