In the sacred silence of farewell, Earnest is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Earnest's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick VanHoy and Eleanor Ruth VanHoy; and his brother Billy Watson. He is survived by: his sons, John David Watson (Gabby) and Michael "Mikey" Watson; his sisters, Anita Lewis (Mike) and Judith Ann VanHoy; his granddaughters, Trinity Rose and Lilly Ruth; his uncle John Thomas; and his close friend Jessee (Keisha). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
