He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles V. Delp, Sr. and Mary Heath Delp; his brother Raymond "Doug" Delp; and his friends, Kelly Pennington and John Lynch.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Kirby Delp; his children, Christine Wood (Jeff Charles), Edward G. Delp, Jr. and Travis Delp (Jensen); his stepchildren, Jennifer Anderson and Charles "CJ" Anderson; his brothers, Charles Delp, Jr. (Judy) and William Delp (Peggy); his grandchildren, Michael Allen Wood, Jr., Matthew McGuire, Jacob Delp, Nathan Delp, Amber Delp, Travis Blouin, Georgia Delp, Karlee Delp and Asher Delp; his great grandchildren, Remmington Delp and Samuel Delp; his stepgrandchildren, Brandon Gross, Gavin Leonard, Conner Anderson, Cayden and Cullen Powers; his stepgreat-granddaughter Brooklynn Gross; his siblings-in-law, Ray Kirby (Sue), Aileen Browning and Linda Bentley; and his close friends, Lawrence Holman, Sammy Hutton, Tammy Haas and Wayne Woods. He is also survived by several nieces nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bradley's Funeral Home Chapel (938 N Main St, Marion, VA 24354). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Attoway Cemetery.
