She was predeceased by: her husband Lonnie Blevins; her parents, Percy VanName and Kitty VanName; and her sister Nancy Brouillette. She is survived by: her children, Stacie Blevins Jackson (Bobby) and Rusty Ray Blevins; her siblings, Dianne Sally (Sam) and Jimmy "Kit" VanName (Diane); her grandchildren, Skylee Blevins, Addisyn Blevins, Brody Jackson and Grady Jackson; her boyfriend Danny Green; her close friends, John Rowland, Betty Tibbs (John Carrico), Dr. Humsi (Salwa), Linda Armstrong and Patty Thomas; Irene Grinstead. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
