She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Clark and Vida Warren Clark; her sister Anita Kaye Ross; and her parents-in-law, Ervin and Regenia Bush.

She is survived by : her husband Dennis Bush; her daughters, Angie Blevins (Roger) and Crystal Battaglia (Shaun Lefler); her sister Linda Parks; and her brother-in-law Ivan Ross.
