She was predeceased by: her husband James Louis Evans; her parents, Elder Raymond and Verna Dancy; and her siblings, Carl Dancy (Virginia), Quentin Dancy (Mabel), Blaine Dancy (Olievene) and Violet Blevins (Ben).
She is survived by: her sister JoAnn Branch of Wytheville; and her sister-in-law Wanda Wyatt of Sparta, N. C.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
