He was predeceased by: his daughter Becky Barker Carter; and his parents, Willie Norman and Della Barker. He is survived by: his wife Monnie Barker; his son Arthur Barker (Amy); his grandchildren, Brittney King, Austin Barker, Ethan Barker, Isaac Barker and Gracie Barker; his great grandchild Breanna Prescott; and his close friends, Al Blevins, Joe and Becky Tuell.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Calendar Fraziers' Seaver-Brown Chapel (237 E Main St, Marion, VA 24354). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
