She was predeceased by : her parents, James Davidson and Eleanor Davidson; her husband Carl "Gene" Billings; her grandson Christopher Stiltner; and her great grandchild Aiden Little.

She is survived by : her children, Angela Harris (Johnny) of Saltville, Susan Stiltner (William Havens) of Glade Spring, Amy Buchanan of Marion, Jerry Stamper, Jr. of Haysi and David Stamper (Jennifer) of Chilhowie; her siblings, Barbara Herzig (Tommy) of Front Royal and Albert Wayne Davidson of Marion; her grandchildren, Brittany Hagy, Andy Harris, Austin Harris, Lindsay Stiltner, Brady Stiltner, Christian Stiltner, Jade Stamper, Nevaeh Stamper, Danielle Stamper, Shane Buchanan (Kelsey), Tommy Buchanan, Alexis Buchanan, Kayleigh Buchanan, Aiden Puckett, Austin Stamper and Amethyst Workman; her great grandchildren, Noah, Willow, Eloise "Ellie", Brooklyn, Hadley and Vincent; and her close friend Janie George. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fraziers' Seaver-Brown Chapel (237 E Main St, Marion, VA 24354). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Pleasant Union Church Cemetery (1445 Mt Pleasant Dr, Saltville, VA 24370).
