He is survived by: his wife Tina Sue Weaver; his son Chris Weaver; his siblings, Sandra Faucette (James), Carlton Weaver (Tammy) and James Weaver; and his grandchildren, Destiny Weaver, Christopherr Weaver and Damion Ayscue.
