With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucy Mae Headrick of Marion, Virginia, who passed away on December 12, 2025 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley V. Thomas, Sr. and Lakie Doss Thomas; and her brother Harley Thomas, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Brandy Lea Hedrick; her siblings, Brenda Tapia (Hector) and Harvey Thomas (Kelly); her aunts and uncles, Eugene Thomas, Robert Thomas, Tonda Thomas, Eva Steffey and Ruby Skeens; her nieces, Virginia Tapia (Emmanuael) and Stephanie Thomas (Dean); her great-nephew James V. "Lil Man" Thomas; and her close friends, Ethan Helton, Rosie Worley, James Jollie and Mark Watson. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bradley's Funeral Chapel (307 Old Stage Rd, Chilhowie, VA 24319).
