Peggy leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Peggy’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Robbins and Fannie Kirby Robbins; her husband William Kyle Jarvis; and her son-in-law Larry Cannon. She is survived by: her daughters, Betty Umbarger (Roger), Sherry Tilson (Johnny) and Beverly Cannon; and her siblings, Carl Robbins, Wilma Powers (Wade) and Jacqueline Richardson (Eddie). She is also survived by five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and several nieces, nephews, and other loving family, friends, and neighbors.
