He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Ray McIntyre and Helen Thompson McIntyre; his sister Barbara Price; his parents-in-law, Emma and Claude Peake; and his brothers-in-law, Kemp Peake and Audie Price.
He is survived by: his wife Dana Peake McIntyre; his children, Sonja Shelton (Nathan), Darrin McIntyre (Bridgette), Michael Sean Blevins (Caresse) and Allen Blevins; his grandchildren, Brennan Djukovich, Jordan Olinger Hall, Kaylee Shelton, Reagan McIntyre, Patterson McIntyre, Sydney Blevins and Greydon Blevins; his great grandchildren, Mia, Ava and Indie; his sister Debbie Blevins (Jim); his sisters-in-law, Sandra Shuler (Danny), Danita Mowl (Allen) and Kay Taylor (Norman); and his close friend Chloe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
