He was predeceased by: his parents, William Richard Holmes, Sr. and Ella Mae Howell Holmes; and his brother David Holmes. He is survived by: his wife Lesa Holmes; his children, Shane Holmes and Amber Hamm (Alex); his granddaughter Maci Rose; and his brother Donald Holmes.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Riverside Cemetery (231 Red Stone Rd, Chilhowie, VA 24319).
