He was predeceased by: his parents, Estel Blevins and Agnes Haseltine Blevins; his daughter Angela "Angie" Dawn Blevins; his brothers, Randy Dale Blevins, Donald Bruce "Donnie" Blevins and Jayhue Wiley "Jay" Blevins; his sister-in-law Faye Blevins; the mother of his children Carolyn "Sue" Bryant; and his close friend Buddy Lee Stone.
He is survived by: his son Robert Howard "Bobby" Blevins, Jr. (Sandy); his sister Margaret Bernice "Sissy" Thomas; his grandchildren, McKinsley McLay "Kinsley" Leftwich (Austin), Bailey M. "Maddy" Blevins, McKayden Johnson, McKylee Jade Johnson and Keegan Chase Blevins; his great grandchild Kalliope Leftwich; and his nephew Wesley Thomas.
