He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Richardson Osborne; his parents, Reeves Osborne and Eugenia Osborne; and his sister Drema Robinson. He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Buck (Charlie) and Rhonda Gerrald (Steve); his grandsons, Brandon, Heath (Cristina) and Luke; and his brother Denver Osborne (Louise).
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rose Lawn Cemetery (4410 Lee Hwy, Marion, VA 24354).
