He is survived by: his children, Keith Thomas (Lisa) and Rowan Hollyfield (Thomas); his granddaughter Sarah Edwards (Eric); his great grandchildren, Baylee, Oakley and Odin; his sister Sherri Sauls (Cary); his nephews, Cameron and Keegan; the mothers of children, Debra Jackson and Melissa Thomas; his close friend Kenneth "Bookie" Edwards; and his uncle Jim Routh.
