He is survived by: his wife Crystal Nettles Womack; his children, Hannah Womack, Sarah Anders (Christopher), Daniel Womack, Caleb Womack and Rachel White (Cody); his brother Marc Womack (Amy); his grandson Sam Anders; his mother-in-law Beth Nettles Fender; and his siblings-in-law, Mintie Keiser, Emily Wallace (Jeremy), Sheree Fields (Bobby) and Richard Fender. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, numerous close friends.
