It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sidney Collier Sr. of Marion, Virginia, who passed away on May 30, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sidney Collier Sr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his grandmother Lee Collier; his parents, Lottie Louise Collier and Bradley Critt Collier; his sister Evelyn Cleo Dingus; and his close friend Lucky.
He is survived by: his sons, Sidney Critt Collier, Jr. (Amanda) and Sean Michael Collier; his grandchildren, Skyler Nicole Collier and Dylan Collier; his caregiver Robin Bridgeman; his nieces and nephews, Ronnie Dingus, Rodger Dingus, Shirley Wolfe and Virginia Frank; and his close friends, Teresa Pesetti, Melanie Edwards, Richard Widener and Rex.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bradley's Funeral Home (938 N Main St, Marion, VA 24354). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Johns Catholic Church (124 Park Blvd, Marion, VA 24354). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Temple Hill Cemetery (2529 Memorial Dr, Castlewood, VA 24224).
