It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Marie Blevins of Marion, Virginia, who passed away on July 15, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carter and Janice Webb Carter; her husband Ronnie Blevins; and her brother Billy Carter. She is survived by: her son Bradley Blevins; her grandchildren, June, Thea and Jameson Blevins; her siblings, Steven Carter (Alice), Barbara Simpkins and Rose Carter; her brother-in-law Gary Blevins; her nephew Josh Carter (Jeri); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Cole and Jaxxon; and her close friends, Rebecca, Charlotte, Lisa and Terri.
