She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenda Neal and Philip "Tuck" Neal; and her mother-in-law Violet Tolbert. She is survived by: her husband Allen Tolbert; her children, David Allen Tolbert (Lisa), James Aaron Tolbert and Melinda of Marion; her siblings, Philda "Winky" Holman of Marion, Susie Hopkins (Tommie) of Saltville, Angie Whitehead (Scott) of Saltville, Mike Neal (Drema) of Saltville, Greg Neal (Pauline) of Saltville and Shane Miller (Pauline) of Dandridge, Tenn.; her sister-in-law Tammy Morrison of Marion; her grandchildren, Logan and Brent Tolbert; her great-niece Kasey Hayes (Taylor); her nephews, Aubree, Karter and Braxton Hayes; and her close friends, Theresa Tolbert, Lindsey and Dembowczyk. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 10:15 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Fraziers' Seaver-Brown Chapel (237 E Main St, Marion, VA 24354). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Anderson Cemetery (868 Adwolfe Rd, Marion, VA 24354).
