She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Winebarger and Georgia Plummer Winebarger; and her siblings, Genieve Jones, Lucille Lilly, Nancy Smith, Doris Gillespie, Marie Ashby, Lynda Winebarger, Randolph Winebarger, Charles Winebarger and William "Bill" Winebarger.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond "Peewee" Thomas; her children, Tina Thomas Armstrong and Wes Thomas (Heather); her grandchildren, Makenzie Armstrong, Bradley Thomas and Kursten Thomas; and her sisters, Susan Ratcliffe (George) and Phyllis Harris.
